Best Chinese in the Port Colborne/Welland area. We drive from Welland to get it there having not found anything even remotely as good in Welland. Large portions and quality food. Not cheap stuff you get elsewhere. The beef is tender and from a good cut. You can tell. The restaurant itself needs a refurbish but it is clean and as long as the food is terrific who cares? Visiting the Falls and the bar was a 5 minute walk from the motel. The girl serving us, Kristen, was friendly and fast...had our drinks in no time even though it was busy and she was the only server. Food came fast, hot and exactly how I like my wings and I'm fussy! Spoke with Tuna (Charlie maybe?) behind the bar and told him that if I lived here, this is where I would hang out...he bought my wife and I a drink, which we thought was excellent. Went back the next night and ate something completely different and it to was excellent. Four dinners in 2 nights with about 8 pints total including somewhat generous tips brought the 2 day total to $92 CDN...the place is inexpensive and the food is very good. Read more

Crispy Beef or crab raggons as a appetizer, Chili Shrimp to die for, sizzling Cantonese Pork, Ginger Lobster, Cantonese Chow Mein, General Toa's Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls (amazing), Dry Garlic Ribs, & Happy Fried Rice. I have been coming to Frescos for many many years, with family and friends. The staff is very friendly and I look forward to the same quality of food and service every visit. I love the Asiago Quesadilla...it is a meal by itself. The crab dumplings are very good, and if it was real crab, they would be at least twice the price, so I am not quite sure why there are people complaining.
