Hi....At approximately noon today (Saturday, March 10) I came through the drive thru at this particular Tim Hortons. A person by the name of Ike answered the drive thru order board. He identified himself and was VERY FRIENDLY and I really enjoyed ordering from him. He could speak English fluently and it was a nice experience dealing with him at the drive thru at Tim Hortons. He really made my day. It would be nice if all Tim Hortons personal were as PR friendly as he was. Please pass on to him that he was really welcomed by myself at this location. Been going here on somewhat regular basis for nearly a decade. Have had the occasional odd issue as expected at _any_ fast food drive through.

I have been buying large black coffee every morning since they opened, on Thursday Dec 17/20 I pickup up my coffee and brought it to my office to enjoy, when I took the lid off my coffee there was a 2 inch black hair in my coffee Yuk!!!!
