When I Drove it noticed the steering wheel was very slightly of centre, I called, they said bring it back, and even though they had to hook up the alignment equipment, they did it willingly and the problem was fixed in under there minutes Read more

I would not buy my tires anywhere else. Karl tire price match, so you know you are getting the best price and their service is as good as it gets. I have had two recent experiences where Travis has saved me money, first I had torn the sidewalk of my tire and thought I’d have to replace it. Travis looked at it and said that it was fine. $180 saved there. Secondly, I’ve had trouble with my ABS. The guys diagnosed the fault for me free of charge. A1 service. Read more

I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful! Read more
