Hello- I just wrote a lengthy and favourable review re my purchase of four appliances from your Vaughan location. Power break caused memo to disappear. I have no time to repeat. Basically-particular thanks to two delivery men (one was called Chris)who had to remove doors and back water line attachment of two door fridge to gain entry to my condo unit. EXCELLENT.
It took the oven 5 weeks to the day to arrive. But, that was due to border crossings and a colour choice.
The people there are very knowledgeable and very helpful. We will use them again for the next appliance.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
