My huge wall clock had a slow down problem ever since i adjusted it to day light savings. I thought I broke it when I turned the arm counter-clockwised instead of clockwised. When I took the clock to John's shop, he listened to my explanation very carefully. The problem was the arm touching the glass causjng the slow down.
