Extremely pleased with the service I received at the HBC Fixt location. Everything was explained to me clearly and with no pressure tactics. Once I had decided to go ahead and have my phone opened to see why it wasnt charging, Richard, the tech, tried something else first. He used an air hose to check for dust. A huge piece popped out.
