Booking with Karen was easy. She listened to what we wanted and found us the best deal out there. This was our first time in Mexico. We stayed at Sandos Caracol in Playa del Carmen, the resort was nice, food selection was great, lots of ala carte. The animals were fun to see and learn about. Beach and pool was nice. We enjoyed our time. Next time we book itll be somewhere with more pools and less walking and we fully trust Karen to help us book our next trip where ever that will be. Read more

We stayed in this hotel last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. We have booked another week this year as well. It is a little tired but beautiful . A real tropical feeling in the atrium rooms that overlook the pool. Restaurant food was just ok and very over priced. Snack machines were great for off hours. Pool deck could have been monitored for cleanliness nightly, and with just a quick pick up of wet towels, and garbage as well as a quick mop would have made it so much more inviting. when the Security and desk clerk are sitting with nothing to do. But overall we loved it and would recommend it for sure. Read more
