I cannot say enough good things about this florist! I was looking for a florist in Vancouver to deliver a floral arrangement for my mother on Mother's Day. The florist shop botched our son's valentine order and we complained to the owner. To their credit, the boss lady gave us one dozen free roses for the mistake which was extremely nice when we only requested a few roses that were missing from our order. Thank you for doing it right to turn a negative into a positive customer experience. Great job, too bad some others do not learn such values. She asked me so many detailed questions such as the theme, venue, my colors, my dress, shoes, hairstyle... This proved to me that she looks at the big picture and not just the flowers. My trust in her grew tremendously. She also gave me a referral for someone who didn't work out and because of that she went above and beyond her role as a florist to ensure I have a replacement for this vendor. She was super kind and a genuinely nice person to work with. My Mom has never been a fan of flowers but she absolutely loved these flowers so much so that she has still kept the bare wish tree having removed all the perished blossoms. Another BBY florist did not have my order done and by chance (lucky for me) I went into Metro Flowers. I needed 7 cut flower items for 6am the following morning and it was already 7pm. I watched as the florist, on the spot, put together a beautiful arrangement for another customer and wrapped up another single flower.
