I have visited their restaurant once before and had a nice dinner experience with friends but wanted to enjoy my meal this night at home so I ordered takeout. I had their bacon wrapped chicken which was prepared just right. The bacon was crispy and the chicken very moist. A good helping of yummy mashed potatoes, asparagus puree and an Asian coleslaw so hopefully you like cilantro. The food was ready at the bar for pickup. Read more

Our order took an hour to reach us but it was peak time on a Saturday night. The food and service was top notch and the complimentary Birthday treat was lovely. The staff member who Pursued us to the parking lot with our forgotten bottle of wine was over and above and appreciated. This is why we keep coming back. Read more

Awesome restrauant, obviously under great management. My Fliet Mignon was perfect. My wife's steak was slightly under cooked, but she's just picky. Very accomodating and fun. Our server--Eric-- was professional and fun. They gave us a complinentary dessert because we were celebrating our anniversary. 5 Stars and will definitely be returning. Read more

Spectacular service - I believe her name was Sarah -She was all over everything for us that night (November 2011) Despite the number of tables she had that night, she gave top notch service and all of us left a lot happier (after 2 bottles of wine of course). December 26th, 2019 We love The Keg and often celebrate special events there. This past Tuesday evening, we had such family celebration and had special requests to make. The staff at The Keg Waterloo not only received us but accommodated us in such a welcoming way that made the event a success! The food was above reproach as per usual but the service, outstanding!
