Tred Appliance Sales & Service has been a locally owned and operated company since the 1970s serving Brooks and numerous surrounding communities. Located in Brooks, we offer competitive pricing, technical advice, free delivery (in Brooks city limits), and factory trained technicians who can service what we sell. We have 40 years of combined experience in appliance sales and service. As appliance technicians, we are proud to participate in many apprenticeship programs. Our technicians' experience ranges from apprentice to Red Seal Journeyman. To make sure we are aware of changes in our industry, our technicians regularly attend service schools.     More of a review of the salesperson…..asked for a quote for all kitchen appliances. Never called me. I called her after 5 days and she made some excuse about the person who does quotes has been busy. No apology but assured me she would get on it and get back to me right away. Another 5 days pass….I call her and she tells me my phone number doesn’t work. She has the correct number and I’m speaking to her on my phone? She was definitely not interested in my business. Poor customer service!

    Washing Machine Repair

    Had, had trouble through extended warranty plan in getting a local medicine hat vendor and was referred to this company in Brooks. They came within a week. He arrived in early and was very courteous and friendly and completed the job efficiently and double checked his own work! He even was meticulous about cleaning up after himself. We would recommend him to anyone as found the local provider was not as accommodating.
