A disaster, we had to take 2 days off-and door is not ok, but I couldn't take a 3rd day off. The first time they put a dented jam on the one side---they don't cover any nail holes...it looked like shots fired --it was ridiculous, upon complaining about it they said it was because the door was uneven. They had to order a new section to replace the dented part, and when he came back he used a nail gun and made more indentations. Overpriced, horrible install, horrible service. BEWARE!

After realizing that I was being quoted more that $1000 more than other local companies for the same window, I decided not to proceed. I did ask Clive, the sales person why his quote was so much higher. I wanted to make sure I was comparing apples to apples. He had nothing to say. Please do your homework, and shop around. I hate to see people ripped off.

worst installer ever. i cant believe i paid these guys in full. installer took 3 days to install one window. he wasted 3 daysof my vacation time. he put a whole in my wall & refused to fix it. i called the manager & he made him fix it. wrecked my alarm system on the window. the window frame he installed was cracked. the window seal is defective. he sawed the window frame in the driveway & covered my brand new car with plastic shavings. he didnt even ask me to move the car.

Rude owner, terrible customer service and low quality supply of windows and doors.

I bought patio door from that company, the worst quality ever!!. If you can avoid that place.
