John is fantastic. He was extremely professional. Took no time to tell me exactly what ants I had. He was honest and realistic about the entire process and it was very reasonably priced. I will be using again in the future.

Suspicious incident

Past foster child left unwelcome gift at Christmas. Thought it was spiders, bedbugs big problem. John did four treatments, All clear in early July. Came to check traps in Mid Sept still clean. That night found two bugs with fresh blood in bed. No bugs for 9 weeks no bugs John's visits two bugs 10 weeks still clean. During conversation with my husband John said he'd threatened customer that didnt want to pay him "You see these (bedbugs) you don't want me to leave these do you" Bewear

We had a wasp pro...

We had a wasp problem that we needed taken care of as the wasps were in our kids' play area (ages 3 & 5) and beginning to come in the house. I was impressed that he had same day availability, I booked the appointment, took time off work, and he didn't come. Repeated calls went to voicemail.
