My furnace died at 11:15 am 2019-02-15. The temp was - 17C. They got it fixed within 4 hours. Pleasent tech.
I have had BOTH a furnace and an AC installed by Arpi’s (the first AC installed 25 years ago still ran well but replaced it with a more energy efficient one. Excellent service from beginning to end.
Expensive products and yearly maintenance, rude technitions and very rude receptionist. They installed my central air unit incorrectly and refused to fix the problem for two months as they were 'too busy', I regret getting involved with this company.
I have always felt with Arpis and I have confidence in them every time.
Arpis installed 2 furnaces in our home. One of them is zoned and the other one is not. Everything works great :)
I had no heat last week when it was very cold. We had a service technician and then one of there project managers come out and explain to us the difference in cost for fixing our furnace and the cost for getting It replaced. After going through many options we decided to replace the furnace and we are so happy that we did. They made sure we were comfortable and they had the new furnace in the very next day. We would highly recommend Arpi's
Had Arpis quote me over $3000 for repairs. Got a second company to take a look, none of the repairs stated were needed. Tried to speak to owner and mgmt was giving the run around Company sent un ticketed mechanic who did not know what he was doing Did not remove collector box to examine heat exchanger but stated he did on service report. Entire report full in accurate findings I feel Arpis tries to take advantage of unknowing consumers Strongly recommend NOT using this company for anythin
I had a plumber attend to my boiler the other day from Arpis. They dispatched me a English plumber. I think he's name was Dave. He took no time at all finding the fault with my boiler/ hydronic system and rectifying the fault with no delay. He was very friendly and very polite, he also took the time to show myself and my wife how to use our hydraulic system and how to maintain our boiler in the future. Myself and my wife are very happy with Arpi's and with their plumber. And would recommend to friends and family. The plumber seem to be very experienced for someone of a young age, he knew how everything worked on the heating system making me and my wife very comftable in he's workmanship. Andy.

Very disappointed with Arpi's. Complete lack of customer service & unreturned calls. Have a 3 y/o A/C unit that doesn't work & hasn't properly since day 1. Service mgr did call at 6:20AM....what was he thinking? I hadn't even called him. The GM said he would call me, but never did. Saying you have good service is easy, backing it up is obviously a much different story.
We have been using Arpis for over five years. When i call for service the woman booking our appointments always leaves me in a positive frame of mind. She seems to know all the ins and outs of the business. The technicians are prompt, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and clean up after themselves. My husband is so happy we put in the Air conditioner - its easy to run. Now its just waiting for the sun to come out...
**Very impressed with Arpi's service and product.** The technicians were friendly and arrived precisely on time. Since they needed access to our furnace room, they immediately laid down protective coverings on our hardwood floor and carpeted basement stairs. The work was finished in the amount of time suggested. I was asked to complete a checklist before the technicians left, which made sure I had all the necessary information about our A/C product and installation. Thank you Arpi's for a hassle-free process at a great price!
My furnace was on the fritz, called Arpis they came and left and no more issues!
