I was desperate for a nail fill and pedicure recently and with only a limited amount of time to get them done, I simply looked up the closest place to me that had an appointment time when I needed it. I found Modella online and went for my appointment. The first sign of trouble should have been that there was only one employee and he was watching TV when I arrived. Long story short - the towels were dirty, I had to ask for the pedicure tools to be washed with alcohol because they were covered in fuzzies and long hairs, he cut my cuticles twice then poured anticepetic on them without warning, no base coat, no top coat, he took a shortcut on my manicure and when I questioned him about it, he said he needed to have time for a smoke between me and his next client. I should have left when I saw the filth but against my better judgement, I stayed. Let my bad experience save you the pain and disgust of this place!!!!! Try Tiffany Nails in Edgemont as well. Nicer people and waaaaaaaaaaay better service!!!
