If you want to record a bad memory in your life, refer to this registry. Their clerks are not professional and the customer service is awful. whenever I asked them to check my problem they said everything is fine and you should wait for response of government while, there was a big mistake in my application that I found it by myself. that problem had been happened by one of the clerks. so never trust them, they just try to skip the customer.

I love the staff here. Deal with them on a daily basis. If you have all your documents ready its super smooth. there is no need for any of these bad reviews. If you dont know what you need to have just call ahead and pop in with the required documents. These guys are awesome !!!

If you can go to any other registry please do it. I received horrible customer service and had a very unpleasant experience with 1 of the Examiners. It had just changed from a playground zone where I was going 30 and it was not even 10 seconds after it ended he shouted very rudely, "you are obstructing traffic, you need to FRIGGIN speed up!" From that point on I was very nervous to go slow on any road and he later failed me for speeding.

If you’re going for a road test make sure it’s not with the instructor named ginger. She is god awful, old, and has no personable traits that help understand driver nervousness / human error. Extremely critical to the point where it’s plain unecessary. Highly recommend to take the test elsewhere, or specifically ask for an instructor that has good reviews and isn’t psychotic.

Absolutely awful customer service. Connie (the older lady) is horribly condescending and just plain mean. She tried to physically detain my personal identification documents and refused to give them back to me when I wanted to leave! Avoid this place at all costs! Go to Registry Express in North Hill Mall instead-- they were super quick and very kind.

Best service I have had in years, many years. Fast and friendly service. I was fourth in line and was out in 10 minutes, knowledge I don't need a road test for class 4, because I have class 3. An unscrupulous Registry in the n.e. Was going to charge me $135.00. Thanks Chris and RRR.

I just wish that when other people told me don t go there for your road test I lisen them ,because biggest mistake which I made was to do my road test in Ricmond road registery .They failed me 3 times ,every time different instructor ,and all for a silly things .. Its expensive to do test there,ah if you want to waiste your hard earned money god luck ..Because you will needed it there ..
