Why do pharmacists keep leaving This pharmacy is not being run well

Poor customer service since the new owners took over. They have not had my full prescription in stock but they never call you to tell you it’s in and they did it again the next month. They owed me 60 pills but weren’t going to inform me of this. They are charging for medication and not giving it to customers. It feels like you are an inconvenience to the pharmacy staff instead of a paying customer

I’ve been coming to this neighbourhood shoppers for 13 years. The pharmacy team is infinitely patient and always have time for questions. It’s small but well stocked and clean. I will miss this little shoppers when I move away from the neighbourhood

I feel obliged to write a review to counter the other, 1-star, review which it grossly unfair to this store. I have been using this branch of Shoppers for about 30 years. Their staff are friendly, and their pharmacists go the extra mile to provide all the information you need about your medication. They are friendly and efficient and I really dont have anything other than compliments to share about them.

Stopped in to grab a few things and had one of the employees clearly follow me around like I was trying to steal or something. I had just come from the dentist office in the same mall with my 4 year old daughter. Every aisle I went in she followed me SERIOUSLY!!! Not sure what her problem was but I was really offended! Will not be doing any shopping there in the future.
