Why wait to learn all about weight rooms? Whether you’re a fitness aficionado or simply looking to improve your health, check out the one-hour Weight Room and Strength Training Orientation class at Sir Winston Churchill Aquatic & Recreation Centre. You’ll be introduced to the use of weights and commonly used equipment as well as receive an overview on proper usage and fitness-facility etiquette. The class is offered Saturday, February. 20, 12 pm to 1 pm and Saturday, March 12, 10:30 am to 11:30 am. Regular facility admission fees cover the course. Age 13 and older.
