Westglen Medical Centre

I have come to this clinic on a few occasions for Walk-in for my children and the have always got us in a reasonable amount of time and have been very helpful. Staff are friendly , the office is clean and a nice calm environment. The doctors my children have seen were great and knowledgeable. They have always accommodated us and I understand that I have to wait to be seen because I did not have an appointment. Some of these reviews gave this clinic a bad rap in my opinion! GG

I had a great experience at this clinic! The walk in wasn't that busy, the staff were friendly and the doctor was very helpful. A good place for good health care.

The doctors here are great! I really felt listened to and cared for. There is free parking in the back. The clinic is clean and organized. When my doctor is not available, I can even book an appointment with the walk in doctor.

The strange disorganized office really disappointed us. I booked an appointment for being new family doctor's patient, but after taking off days there was no record for that appointment. We lost our long weekend, our day, our money, and didn't get a chance of having visited by doctor.

I went for a walk in appointment to get a prescription for an anti-travellers diarrhoea medication and they informed me that it would be a $50 fee for a "travel consult". This seems a little ridiculous as there was absolutely no consultation required. They suggested that all clinics charge a fee for anything travel related, which is not true at all. Call ahead to see if your requirements are associated with a fee!

The doctor lady I saw was AMAZING, just the sweetest, most non judgemental gyno ever. It's a bit out of the way for me but so worth it; after all, when you find a good doctor you stick with them!

Great clinic, loved the doctor we saw. Short wait times. Don't be swayed by a drug seeker that got turned away. Great place. Clean and friendly.

Doctor there will...

Doctor there will not prescribe medications because her imaginary friend told her not to. I strongly suggest do not go there until she is removed.
