When my parents called for a service call on their furnace, they stated that unless the furnace was purchased and installed by them, they won't service it. Their advertisement does not specify this.

We restructured our company last fall and have tried many times to have Yellow Pages change our online ad, but we have been unsuccessful in doing so.
