    Very grateful customer!

    As the weather has been getting warmer I noticed I all the little bugs coming out. The ones that were giving me troubles were ants! I was having family over and wanted to have them taken care of ASAP. I called around. Some places were going to charge me just to come over and give a quote! Others, just couldn't fit me in, in the time frame that I needed the ants to be gone. I called Active and they were able to come that day, for a free quote, and were also able to spray my place in the evenings or weekends. Whichever was the best for my schedule. Their prices were very competitive and I was able to have my place sprayed, the ants gone in time for our party, and it didn't break my bank to have it done! Thank you for helping me out! I am very appreciative!

    Excellent Service!

    I unfortunately picked up bed bugs while traveling in BC and must have brought them back to my condo. I called Active as well as a few others and ended up with Active because they could come the same day to do their thing. I did some prep work in the morning and they arrived in the afternoon. I was anxious to get this fixed which was the main reason I chose them. The guy who came to my apartment was very professional and took the time to explain the procedures to me which I appreciated. In my research I know that it normally requires a couple of visits but after the first one I never had any bites again and it has been about 3 weeks. I feel that they took the time to investigate and solve my problem so that I can put this experience behind me. I think their prices are also quite reasonable. This was good since I did not involve my strata - again due to wanting this resolved ASAP. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family and I am grateful for the personal touch that they provided.
