I deal in Oxygen Product cylinders out of Edmonton. Since Air Liquide took over there has been several problems! I had no problems in the 15 years with Oxypro. I have had problems getting deliveries on time so I lost money because the product was not here when my customers need it. Tonight my customer has to drive 4 hours to an out of town worksite because the new acetylene bottle has the wrong nozzle. they are working til 10 and have start at 7am. I have had bottles that were empty......

I exchanged a small argon tank recently and forgot the bottle cap. Instead of telling me that there would be a $20.54 cap charge, they accepted the bottle and I was off will my full bottle. I returned the very next morning with the cap hoping that their customer service would refund my $20.54. I was told that they cannot accept or send out a bottle without a cap. While they obviously did accept a non capped bottle but would not refund when I provided the missing cap. Last gas from these guys.
