I have been taking my alterations to this tailors for years. I always find the service to be efficient and friendly and they also have excellent prices. My son had one of my fathers, his grandfathers, suits altered for his high school graduation, years ago. They did take a little longer, maybe not anticipating the time it would take. We did receive the suit in plenty of time, and they even made more alterations after a fitting. I think you can't underestimate the value of a talented tailor.

Consumer be aware. This facility does not follow through. Just to name a few incidences.My wedding dress was almost not ready for the day and it was a rushed job not well done. My husband's suit pants were poorly fitted and when he went to get them fixed he was told he got fat, even though he didnt.He waited for a year to get those pants back. Everytime he went in the owner kept saying next Monday, it took 52 Mondays before they were actually done.

Terrible customer service. I dropped off a winter boot for the zipper to get fixed or replaced. They gave me a date to return (June 23). I returned after that date and they had trouble finding the boot, even though I showed them the tag. When they found the boot, they told me it hadn't been fixed yet and to come back in a week. I returned in a week. Same thing. Trouble finding the boot even though I had the tag. When they found the boot, it still wasn't fixed. The lady there said she only worked
