I���ve been a regular client for 7 years and have never dealt with a more rude and unprofessional employee than I did at this location. I tried calling back to get a name of whom I was speaking with, only to have my calls ignored and not returned. It���s left such a bad taste in my mouth that I���ve decided to terminate my lifestyle membership. This is unfortunate because all other locations I���ve been to over the years have been great
I’m here on business visiting from Winnipeg I came to this location to use my unlimited tanning minutes and the staff could not have been more helpful polite and professional great customer service!

Although the ladies at the front are friendly, I do not like that they charge you for a "no show" when you legitimately cancelled. If you do ever cancel, make sure you keep your confirmation number. It was only $4, but it is the principle and not a good way to run a business.
Wonderful girls at this location! Were very helpful in helping me find a tanning lotion that didn’t stink afterwards, and they are basically free councillors :) I’ll for sure be coming back
not only minutes going missing, but forced to buy a lotion from them when i say i dont use lotions at all bcause of a number of allergies.. THEY SOLD $70 HYPOALLERGENIC one that i am allergic to!..now i cannot tan at this location until i take time off of work to go to my doctor and get a note! why should i comply to their NEW RULES! I signed an agreement that said i can use my minutes at ANY LOCATION! THIS LOCATION IS TO MAKE MONEY AND DOESNT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS
Worst customer service ever...and its the owner. She doesn't care about her customers only about the sales she can make. Charged for several years of monthly usage when nothing was utilized. No contact from owner during this time - claims she did not have our contact information when she sent our account to collections when we stopped the payments and would not provide a detail $ breakdown of what she sent to collections even. Claims breach of contract. Go elsewhere please!
Superb service and I have been to many locations. Loved the attention to lotion use and care to ensure clients had their eye wear. I listened to the staff walk a client through a Mystic Spray Tan and it was thorough and well done. I wish I would have had that experience with my first Mystic elsewhere. Rooms are big and spotless. I feel this location deserves an award for superior service and cleanliness. LOVE IT!
Best tanning studio in edmonton by far. Superior service and cleanliness. Owner and staff care about their clients safety and ensure clients are using credible products to ensure all clients are protected from bacterial transfers ect. I've never experienced such professionalism and dedication. All clients are treated with the highest respect and courtesy. I cannot recommend a better tanning facility. This studio is simply a model for all to follow. Way to go fabutan staff.
Wouldn't recommend tanning here. The girl working at the front is very rude and lacks in her communication skills and shouldn't be working in the customer service industry. She was on the phone with her friend when I walked in and continued the conversation while I stood there waiting. I am unsure if she intentionally forgot to turn by bed on, as I had to get dressed and come out of the room to ask her to turn it on.
Customer Service Lacking Bigtime!
Came in to tan at 11:30 and was told to go home and come back 2 hrs later at 1:33 because I tanned at 1:32 yesterday and they have a 24 hr to the minute rule. So I did and when I came back it was full and I had to wait until 2pm.
Then, I could not tan for the 15 min I requested because I tanned 10 the day before and was only allowed 12min. I made SURE I asked when I signed up what the daily max was and was told 25min. Wasted my whole day!!! BRUTAL BUSINESS
Not only is this location pristine, but the staff are knowledgeable and go above and beyond what is required of them to ensure a great experience in customer service! Cheers!
I never write reviews, but I feel I really should this time. I have been to a few Fabutan locations before, and this one has by far impressed me the most. The owner is extremely helpful and takes her job and responsibilities seriously. But at the same time the staff has shown to be very friendly, I always feel welcome there! The staff always makes sure you have your eyewear and lotion before going for your tan, the rooms are ALWAYS clean, even the rooms are bigger! Very organized! I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience so far with this location. Even if I didn't live in the area, I think I would make the drive wherever I was just because I know the service is so great.
