I telephoned Furnace Family and this morning and I was able to make an appointment this afternoon. Our plumber was Kevin who was very friendly and explained the problem well. He was able to correct the problem very quickly. As it turned out it was a minor problem -- nothing major!! Thank you Kevin. If we have any more problems with plumbing or with our furnace, we will use this company again.
We had a new furnace installed the estimator was very informative and the install guys were first class. The whole experience was really great no pressure and the house has never been this comfortable.

Wow...what a great job TYLER and ROSS did on 2 of the coldest snowy days in Edmonton. They were very professional and really knew their furnace business...I would definitely recommend this company to any friend needing a new furnace. It was a big job over 2 days and they worked non-stop. I cannot believe just how quiet the new furnaces are. We are really looking forward to having the air this summer!!
