    Always fantastic....

    Always fantastic. Not a single issue to date. Considering the fact that they just upgraded locations, I can imagine others feel the same as well.

    Avoid this salon ...

    Avoid this salon if your seeking colour correction. They claim this is their area of expertise however on two separate occasions they have failed to stand up to this claim On the first I ended up leaving with my hair the same colour I was looking to remove. On the second they SEVERELY damaged my hair leaving me with many many broken pieces all over! Initially they even tried to hide it from me. To try and hide the damage they did, the stylist cut off far more hair than I asked for. My hair as a whole is now super thin with different length pieces everywhere! It's also the same colour I went in to remove. On top of giving me the worst hair salon experience I have EVER had, they charged me to destroy my hair.
