    Overall Jack seems to like to take short cuts and hence his reputation for quality is more aptly described as quick and dirty. Does not like to pull a permit. Took 3 visits to do what should have happened on original install. At least Jack returned to fix most of the problems. Still some issues outstanding..In the long run I would have to say that there is no reason to ever use him again.

    KMS did fantastic work for us over the summer. We had them complete a bathroom renovation and the whole process was seamless. We were never surprised with the cost, they communicated everything along the way and it was a great experience. Highly recommend Jack and his team!

    Poor workmanship. Even worse customer service. We hired Jack at KMS plumbing in August 2017 to complete a total renovation of a house. We found his quote reasonable. We then hired a contractor who began overseeing Jack’s work. The city came to complete an inspection of the groundwork and this passed. However, neither Jack nor the contractor bothered to book a final inspection of his work and the renovations were completed in the home. Once we moved into the home we had major issues with plumbing

    Choosing KMS Plumbing was a great decision from start to end. Jack gave me a free estimate and I was able to have them come over a few days later. They were on time, tidy, and got the job done in around 30 minutes. Other plumbing companies quoted me for a lot more and told me the job would take a couple of hours... So working with an honest company was nothing short of relieving. If I need any work done in the future, I will definitely be calling them first. Great job KMS Plumbing!
