    The customer serv...

    The customer service provided by Q nails is astounding. I was in a hurry to get to work in time and the two women working each took one hand and worked quickly but beautifully to make sure I would make it in time. The extra miles they provided form someone I just met were something I will never forget and I'm so grateful! They gained a loyal customer!

    I just wanted my ...

    I just wanted my nails filled, not sanded down to nothing. There were only 2 women working in this nail shop, and they were taking on way too many clients at a time. They were rushed, and poorily organized. The owner of the shop was doing my nails for me, and she insisted that i go with shelac. She explained that it will look natural and is healthy for my nails. But i kept repeating myself telling her "no i dont want shelac". She then sanded all my nails down till there was bascially no nail left, and i explained to her at the beginning that my nails are very brittle and break easily. And with my job, i need durable nails. Just today ive had 2 nails break, and ive had to glue my real nail back together. I would not recommend this nail tech to anyone. I was not happy with the results.

    Poor Quality.

    I had my gel nails filled here and it was of poor quality. I shall not return nor ever recommend this location.
