We had flooding in our condo and we needed to replace the flooring. Sanaz and the trades people at Ruby Stone were super responsive, friendly and did an amazing job of replacing the floor. From finding the right type of flooring that matched the rest of our condo to properly installing the new flooring to making sure little details such as the dishwasher was properly reinstalled was all really well taken care of by them. They went above and beyond and the customer service was great!

I had a flood in my condo from a burst water pipe over Chirstmas. I was in a panic as the contractor provided by the condo board was unresponsive and would not commit to a schedule. Ruby Stone was not only able to commit to a schedule, but had a better cost. The work that they did was fantastic! Sanaz walked me through the options I had in the flooring, the colours, and the options for giving the place a more modern look.
