Southgate Volkswagen Audi Collision Repair Centre

My car was there cause of corrosion and I have corrosion warrantee. 1st they told me that the car was going to be fixed in 2weeks when I was going to received my car they called me telling me that they will need two more weeks. Finally when I received my car the indicators does not work and the remote starter not giving me a solution. In my opinion, they are not professional in their job not facing the situation but also they were no polite and very disrespectful with me. It has been so sad.

These guys are fantastic! I used them before and they did fantastic work (German standards) at very reasonable price. Today I was backing out of parking lot too quick and scraped the side of my beautiful Audi A5 against concrete pillar. Took it to these guys and they bent over backwards....cleaned it up for me, removed all the paint (from concrete pillar) and I was left with few scratches. They even provided me with a small amount of touch up paint for free. Amazing! Highly recommended!***

My GTI needed a r...

My GTI needed a repair after an accident... Was fully covered by insurance, wasn't my fault. The customer service at Southgate Collision was superb. They were friendly and helpful every time I called and came in. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed they not only did an invisible repair, but they also fully detailed my car - interior, exterior, and engine bay. Absolutely recommend them, without a doubt.

Superb Service

I took my vehicle VW Passat to Southgate at the begining of last month due to a noise. The technician solved it the same day and i had my vehicle by the afternoon, hassle free service by a very knowledgable tech named Tony. Thank you for your assistance.
