The Cut Above Kingsway Mall

I wanted my hair to be just trimmed and rounded out.The guy butchered my hair.I asked him to fix it and he told me he could not and I should come back in 15 days.I expected the price to be maybe $12 and when I went to pay he wanted $24 for what amounted to a $10 haircut.I will never get my haircut here ever again.Total rip off.

Worst service ever!! Took my 11 year old daughter for a back to school angles bob cut and the woman there butchered her hair!! Fast, choppy and uneven then paid over $30 for it. Took a picture of the name of the store to write this review and the lady chased after us screaming at me and my kid. Very unhappy. Don't go here if you like your hair at all!!!

I would not recommend this salon to anyone..... there was too much of a language barrier between myself and the stylist.... my english n his thick accent... he was not listening to my needs and when we mentioned he was cutting too much off.... he ignored me then litterally laughed at my son, like over cutting his hair was a joke.... and horrible customer service.....
