    I am so grateful ...

    I am so grateful I found this company. They delivered three appliances to my house. The dishwasher wasn't working properly (the appliance had an issue, not the delivery company) so the same guys came back the next day to help us out. They came in with extremely short notice to ensure our dishwasher would work properly. My wife even baked them a pie we were so impressed with them. Thank you so much!

    This is the BEST ...

    This is the BEST delivery company I have ever used. They carried my appliances in blankets to make sure they didn't get damaged, and they took their time going down the stairs to make sure they didn't damage my house. These guys were so helpful, they even installed both the washer and dryer, and they put them on pedestals. Amazing job. Thank you so much! I Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

    RUDE, RUDE, RUDE DRIVER & HELPER

    I got off work at 0700hrs. on a Sunday morning and this Co. made a delivery to the apartment building that I manage in Edmonton. At 0835hrs I was woken up by someone running up and down the stairs. I went out and found one guy running down the stairs in heavy steel toed boots. When I asked him to try to be a little quieter he just blew me off. When the second guy came running down the stairs I asked him the same thing. He didn't stop either just walked right by me and said he DIDN'T CARE....HE HAD A DELIVERY TO MAKE. And of course they left the front door to the building wide open. So I guess if you want poor public relations, you neighbors mad at you, and have your building left unsecured hire these guys......they won't let you down.

    I'm sorry to hear you don't agree with the processes of a delivery to your building. Unfortunately when any delivery or moving company is working in an apartment building, the door must be blocked open to be able to safely move product through the doorways without damage to the buildings door or the product itself. Our deliveries take 15 minutes or less to complete from start to finish and the door is unblocked as quickly as possible. As for your noise complaint, I agree they don't have to be stomping and should have addressed your concern with more professionalism. Any concerns regarding deliveries from our company are investigated and measures are taken with our team to ensure quality service.
