Medicentres Family Care Clinics Westgate

My appointment is 12.30 I came 12.20 it’s now 13.30 and I’m still sitting and many people came after me and go inside and I’m waiting now I’m at the inside room and waiting for about 15 minutes ?why they gave me appointment and all people came After me went in faster

This medicentre refused to see me because I have a covid symptom. I was told to do a phone consultation with a doctor, and that doctor gave me horrible advice. While having a covid symptom I was told that I’m able to work still (I work in the food industry) And I was told that I should go to the ER if I get worse. If I could potentially end up in the ER, maybe telling me I can work isn’t smart. Also, how is it that a hospital can see me and a doctors office can’t? It’s literally their job.

The service is not worth of a third world country; wait times are excessive (upwards of one hour and a half hour), one cannot get a simple piece of info over the phone such as " are my lab tests results in?" The answer is "this is confidential, we cannot tell you on the phone, you must come in and inquire!"

Had screwed up my...

Had screwed up my finger really good and was basically in shock from all the blood and well the state of my finger, so i went here and was let in too see the doctor right away. The doctor and nurse could clearly see i was in alot of pain and not taking too well to the state my finger was in and quickly and calmly froze upmy finger to prep for stitches but i was freaking out and just not the best patient at all haha and refused stitches so they agreed instead of arguing with me and did not preform the stitches but instead closed and bandaged the wound very carefully. I ended up going to my family doctor the next day only to have him amazed at how well they took care of my finger with proper bangaging and everything. Thank you too the very kind nurse and doctor. Im still very sorry how much i was freakong out lol but thank you both so much.

We have been sitting here for literally two and a half hours. I have never waited so long in a medicenter before. This place is terrible and I swear we will never come back to this location. L

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Unless you want to wait over an hour everytime to see the doctor.
