Had my ears pierced by the owner (second piercing, first at this business). Noticed after leaving the two sides did not match up. Went back to speak with the owner and she refused to acknowledge the difference (very noticeable). Asked her to politely measure the sides. She refused and said the mistake was my fault (her words). I could have stopped the piercing at anytime. I was shocked! She said she would help me if I purchased more earrings from her business. What! Pay you more money? AVOID!!!!

I went in to get my eyebrows threaded. I was super nervous as I am super picky about my eyebrows. The lady was really friendly and professional. She did an amazing job! I highly recommend this place. I will be back again for sure.

They're a joke

Terrible service. They refused to color my hair to how i wanted it. Wouldn't let me dye it then she had the audacity to give me attitude when I denied her service.

I recently moved here from NL and this place was recommended to me . I am so glad I went. I staff are very friendly, my colour was exactly what I wanted and they have so many services and product . As long as I'm here I will always be a customer .

Unprofessional, overpriced and horrible customer service. Hairdresser doesn't know what she is doing. Avoid as much as possible!!
