Wether your in the neighbourhood for a new used car or mechanic work for your vehicle this is the place to go the staff and owners are great and they go above and beyond to make sure your car services needs are met. Been going to them for a couple years from there old location to there new one now on the north side of lethbridge.
I am now on my 3rd vehicle through the guys at K1Z, they have done all the minor repairs themselves as covered under my warranty with no issues! My first car I was behind on payments and they did not hassle me or treat me any different owing them money then when it was time to upgrade they got me into a much better vehicle with a much lower interest rate, my credit is ever improving now and its all thanks to them! im now on my 3rd vehicle (my dream car!) and Im ecstatic with my service.
I've been dealing with k1z for a little over a year now. I have had nothing but positive experiences. I purchased my vehicle from another dealership in town and they ended up ripping me off with warranty. K1z agreed to help me out and they have been so great about it. I always take my vehicle to them when it needs some work done. Awesome and friendly guys. When I decide to get a different vehicle I'll be going through them 100%. Dealerships are difficult to trust but k1z has been nothing but amazing. Thank you to these two guys again for all their help!
I will NEVER recommend or deal with K1Z Cars Lethbridge again. I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle- they agreed to fix some of the problems for free but ended up causing more damage from the work they did. The two owners are the most disrespectful men I have ever dealt with; one of them proceeded to hit on me and text me. One of the men yelled at me over the phone saying I was mean and a bad person for taking my business somewhere else. I have never been so disrespected.
