    great service! My vacuum was serviced and repaired in the same day. Great prices too, highly recommended

    Customer service here sucks like a vacuum. After taking in a picture of our vacuum, picture of the model number, the service rep still gave us the wrong bags!! Now we have to travel all the way back from rural Alberta to return them. I will never buy anything from this incompetent place again.
