I was very disappointed to learn that a part that can be purchased locally for $101, was quoted to me at a cost of $414 by this company to fix my furnace and that did not include labour, that total was over $500. A 400% mark up on a part is ridiculous and I will not call them again.

First Call has come to our assistance twice now to help us when our elderly parents had either heating or hot water tank issues in their homes. Both times they identified the faulty part within minutes. We were very happy to hear that our parents equally thought the technicians were very knowledgeable, pleasant and took the time to clearly explain the issues before fixing them. My husband & I are very pleased with First Call’s professionalism and will certainly phone them again if we need servicing or upgrading.
