Edmonton fitness studios with classes for moms and babies

Edmonton fitness studios with classes for moms and babies

Aqua size classes are a great way to get out of the house and to introduce your baby to the pool. Taking my daughter to the Baby Worx H20 classes really helped her to become a little water baby and allowed me to get a great work out. You spend the majority of the class in the adult pool doing water aerobic exercises while your little ones chill out in a baby floatie. The last fifteen minutes of the class is spent in the kiddie pool where the instructor teaches the babies action songs.

Keeping busy with toddlers in winter in Edmonton

Keeping busy with toddlers in winter in Edmonton

This indoor playground is designed from children ages six months to five years old. Admission for children two and under is free. I love the variety this indoor playground offers: There are soft climbing structures, perfect for younger toddlers who are learning to climb and explore. The pirate ship has a slide and a little cave below deck. One of my daughter’s favourite things about this playground is the trolley full of balls. The playground is usually quieter on weekday evenings, which is a perfect time for post-supper playtime. It’s a great way to tire out the munchkins before bedtime.
