Disrespectful and rude service. You're there because you are sick and you leave even sicker due to the way you are treated.

The pharmacy is absolately horrible!!! The lady with the short black hair and thick accent working there either doesn't understand how to administer benefits to a prescription or purposely chose to overcharge me then got nervous and angry and defensive - she made a huge seen about it saying I have bad benefits because my career is bad?? What? Called Sun life afterwards and they apologized for her error and sent me a refund cheque.

I went there one time thinking they had some sale items in the flyer I wanted to purchase. While I was there I noticed none of the items I wanted were marked to the sale price. When I inquired with the woman that worked there. She informed me that they do not honor flyers sales. So I don't understand how they can be labeled as a Rexall establishment and when you go to the webpage in there online info link it also gives a weekly flyer. Yet they don't honor sales.
