everything is an argument with someone who cant speak english, the employees are not accountable or helpfull in anyway, and anyone that seems to know what their doing dosent last a month. their stock is always emty and their way to eager to send you to another location across the city. i droped my phone off for repair and they argued for an hour they didnt have a loaner to lend me as Rogers advertises, then suddenly, "ohh theres one right here", just pay a $50 deposit, my wife didnt pay deposite last month but fine. then after being repeatedly reasured i can claim my deposit at anytime as long as i have a recite they then were unable to give me my deposite back as someone on staff took it and theres no cash in store. they were also unable to explaine where it went or their policies on holding customers money. when i confronted the clerk a 3rd time offering many options to help her get my money and being denyed she called the police when i raised my voice about being ROBBED, and claimed i came over the counter and beat her, while shouting obsenities and racial slers. after checking the camras the police found this wasnt the case at all and released me, and just then they magicly found my $50 bill.
