    Was very happy with our purchase from Jag's. The staff were very personable and knowledgeable and it made our shopping experience very pleasant.The couch we bought is great. Lots of room and comfy.

    Horrific Service

    We bought a bed three weeks ago and asked that they deliver it today. I phoned this morning to confirm that we would get the bed today and they said yes. At 4:00 today I phoned again and asked where it was, they said that the mattress was backordered and they didn`t get it until today after the deliveries went out. They said I would now have to wait until next Friday before we get it. I told them that we`ve already given them three weeks and they said it would be here today and they basically said `too bad.` My son now has to sleep on the floor for a week because I took his crib apart and got rid of it to make room for the bed.
