C&K Collision

I did not receive their best job, not even a good kid! Both front and rear bumpers were painted and when reinstalled none of the lower fasteners were attached! Installed broken taillight. But the biggest complaint is my frame wasn’t straightened. Shop manager thinks it’s acceptable to loosen sub frame bolts and shift sub frame then fix frame.

I am very happy to have found C&K Collision. Staffs there are very knowledgeable and efficient. They were willing to listen to me and patiently explained the pros & cons to me every time. I've had using three other mechanics in the past and C&K is by far the most knowledge and honest I've encountered!

Highly recommended!! Ricky's C&K collision will cover everything from body work to any mechanical problems regardless if it's ICBC claim or not... If you simply need a regular oil change or transmission fluid change he will get it done with great care and fair pricing. (and really accommodating schedule)

Great experience

I needed to have my brake pads and roters replaced this summer. I purchased the wrong parts (thanks for listening to what I actually said Canadian Tire!) and Ricky gave me time to come pick up the parts and exchange them for the correct ones. He was extremely patient and relaxed. Ricky changed them quickly and his pricing is amazing. Not only is he professional and reasonably priced, he is also amazingly friendly and did not talk down to me about the parts. As a woman, this is a common experience at many mechanic shops and it was nice to be treated kindly and with respect for once. Highly recommended. I do not want any car problems but at least I now have a place to go where I feel comfortable if I do have any issues.
