    Trying to get in contact with administration is a disaster. I sent an email in a week ago and never got a reply back till a week and half later. The administration doesnt even hear you out and personally I though it was very disorganized when I tried to speak with anyone here.

    Just got our Aunt, with dementia, into Sunpointe. Very clean and staff are very compassionate and caring! We are in Alberta so unable to be close to her all the time but have peace of mind knowing she is safe and well cared for.
