    When backing up to hook up to our vehicle this owner/driver did between $1000 and $1500 damage to the front bumper, undercarriage & lights. We were advised by ICBC Raven Towing has NO insurance to cover this loss. No recommendation for this company at all.

    My car overheated...

    My car overheated the other day so I pulled by the side of the highway, opened the hood and put my hazard warning lights on. Within minutes someone from Raven towing pulled up behind me to check to see if I was okay. He had been driving on the opposite side of the highway, had turned around and come back. He then followed me to the nearest gas station to make sure I didn't break down on the way. I was very touched by this act of kindness and therefore can totally recommend this business!
