    If I could I would give you a -5. I have been asking for years to have my safety deposit box opened after a bank employee broke the key off in the lock. This was more than 5 years ago and each time I have asked I get told they would get a locksmith and let me know when I could pick up my belongings. This has never happened. Each time I go in I am given the same song and dance but NOBODY has ever contacted me. Then I get a letter telling me I owe late fees on my safety deposit box. Spruceland
