    DO NOT USE ICON DEBT SOLUTIONS! I have recently used their service for a rather large sum of outstanding debt and after a whole calendar they had zero updates and did not get the job done. After requesting a final update, they closed my file. USE ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT THEM.

    Good Service as collected after a year but can't complain as I couldn't collect for 3 years prior to using a collection agency.

    We used ICON twic...

    We used ICON twice this year and have been extremely happy with our results. 2 out of 8 accounts paid within 5 months. However each account has its own story but the communication from the staff at ICON has been prompt. We are very happy as the one of the files that paid we never expected them to ever pay. Hope this helps!
