    Do not order from this company. Worst experience iv ever had. I ordered flowers for my friends birthday as she lives far away from me. After spending $75 I had no communication or order updates. They then delivered the flowers to my BILLING address (My home) and not the shipping address where my friend lives. The flowers were covered in mold. Took me forever to get in touch with someone, and when I did all they said they could do was give me a $20 voucher. AWFUL COMPANY

    If I could choose a 0 I would. I ordered my flowers 2 days ago, they have yet to be delivered. I have contacted Customer Service numerous times and NO response. At this rate the flowers (if they are even any good) will be dead by the time they arrive. I am so disappointed. Avoid this company at ALL costs!!! I am still waiting for a reply and a refund - they do not acknowledge you whatsoever!

    Terrible terrible customer service! Ordered flowers and 5 minutes later needed to change the address. They refused to change the address. Refused to cancel the order so I could reorder. Paid for the order at 6 am, same day delivery. 3 pm the flowers haven't even been prepared. Called and they said they don't deliver to my area. I asked for a refund and they refused. Absolute SCAM. Do NOT order from this company!

    Zero out of five. This company sent half dead flowers to my Mom on her 60th Birthday. When I called to complain their customer service was awful. Do not order from them.

    Flowers were nothing like pictured on the website and they were of significantly less value. They arrived a day late. I was offered a free chocolates upgrade as an apology which was not delivered. They refuse to pay back the difference in value.

    Messed up Mother’s Day! Ordered the “Blooming Planter Basket” and Mom got cut flowers (which she doesn’t like because she gets depressed when they die off). Do not mess with Mom! Paid premium, got cheap. Will not order again.

    Would never recommend them to anyone. We ordered a basket for our sister's birthday and asked to have it supersized. They sent a regular basket, but charged us for the supersize. Now they are giving us the run around and won't credit us. They keep saying that they are investigating. It's not rocket science!

    Have attempted to have a replacement bouquet sent to my mother after ordering 50 stems and only 15 were delivered. I understand the policy states that if they are out of a certain type of flower, they can substitute for one of equal or greater value. No substitution was made. 15 of 50 stems delivered. Flowers were limp. I've spent hundreds of dollars with Bloomex over the years. But no more! This is apparently not the first time they delivered poor quality flowers to my mother.

    NEVER EVER USE BLOOMEX!!!!!!! THEY ADVERTISE DELIVERY FOR 9am-6pm....100% YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING THEM TIL 6PM!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.....DO NOT USE....THIS IS YOUR WARNING!!!!!

    I cannot begin to describe how disappointed we are with Bloomex. My fiancé and I have been apart across the world because of the pandemic. My fiancé ordered flowers on feb 6 for Valentine’s Day. They waited until 6pm on Valentine’s Day to say there was an issue with the billing address and it was flagged for fraud. I know flowers in the grand scheme are not that important, but with covid and being apart, they meant a lot. Their customer service is horrendous and have still not responded.

    I placed my order 10 days before it was to be delivered and it never arrived. This was for an elderly relatives birthday. I got a run around when trying to follow up. I will never use them again and recommend people stay away.

    Received flowers today with nothing to indicate who these came from. I recently lost a parent and I would like to acknowledge receipt of these. Also no package of floral additive. Have phoned and left messages. No reply.

    The delivery wasn't until 8pm at night. My extra long stem red roses were barely 6 inches tall. So disappointed I will never order from you again. BM Group

    WORST COMPANY EVER!! Absolutely NO Customer Satisfaction. They delivered our Mother’s Day Basket a day and half late and to top it off, it was the wrong basket!!! We have made a dozen attempts to contact them with no reply’s. They do not care! Do NOT USE this Company!!! Find another, they will never return money on their mistakes and you will always be very upset with this company and their NO customer satisfaction approach. Stay Away!!!

    I ordered flowers for my girlfriend 2 weeks before Valentines Day only to discover she never received them. Bloomex didnt contact me to say that there were any issues with the order. After they told me they couldnt refund me, only issue me store credit, the flowers showed up 5 days late, not remotely close to what I ordered in terms of size and quality. Their phone line is impossible to get through, and their web chat just has preset messages. In the end I received a $4.99 refund. Absolute joke

    If I could leave zero stars I would! Ordered a gift basket for my sister that lives in Castlegar, I live in Toronto. Ordered mid December with delivery to be on December 22nd. When I checked with my sister, they delivered the wrong basket, with the wrong card. Contacted live chat 3 times so far, it’s now well after Christmas, and she didn’t get her basket, and I’m still waiting to get a response from them! Learn from my mistake and order from a different company!
