If I had known they were going to take over my lease I never would have signed it. Garbage never picked up No communication When they do it's hand-written notes. They recently entered my suite to prove that someone who isn't me isn't still living there? (how would entering my suite prove that?) and when I alerted them that they had the wrong suite/floor/address they came in anyway without getting back to me. After entering my suite unnecessarily they then left another hand written note telling me they had no lease for me or rent going back to their takeover (my lease was out on the counter for them to see when they came in, showing that I had lived there since the building was built) clearly I wasn't who they were looking for but as they were expecting nobody at all this was their reaction. What was mine? To check the intercom and figure out what suite they were meant to be looking into in the first place. Something they should have done after my first response. Yet still, with every e-mail and phone call, I get nothing from them, not even an acknowledgment let alone an apology. To the person who did move out, envious of you! I am counting down the days until I can do the same. Never signed with this company, never would. Everything about their management style is unprofessional.
