WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! READ REVIEWS!!

worst place i have ever been to, in my entire life!. after 20 calls to make one appointment, some man gave me the appointment for march 2nd ( i called in january!). comes march 2nd, i go to the appointment, had to knock on the window, for this rude, nasty-attitude man (who claims to be the owner) to open the door and tell me that i had no appointment today and that there was nothing he could do. he asked me for my phone number and told me that he would be calling me to sort this "inconvenience", guess what he never called me and i'm glad because i will never in my life will set foot on this small, dirty and lacking costumer service "beauty salon" (if that's what you call that). was treated super badly, place is dirty not even worth the try with a voucher/ groupon. i have never given a bad review, but this time i was just devastated by the lack of respect this man has towards his (new) clients. never will set foot on this place again!!! always read reviews first!!! , that was my mistake cause all the reviews for this place are bad.

I wish I could rave and review this place just like the other happy customers that have posted on this site. I am not one to complain or be one to raise negative issues when it comes to small, struggling businesses. In fact I was really looking forward and hoping to become a new happy, loyal customer for this salon. But unfortunately human err and small misconceptions can not be pardoned not even with the least bit of positive or sympathetic customer service at this salon... Please, to those reading this, do not regard this as a negative review, but a warning, that when asked to follow instructions in regards as to how you are able to redeem your voucher and actually undergo your hair treatment, listen carefully and for the life of you do not forget your PRINTED VOUCHER! Heaven forbid you drive all the way over have your ID, and bring a receipt and a clearly readable PDF file on your phone with voucher number and clear description of what you purchased on hand because that just wont do... If this occurs, please also be aware that you will be handed over an overwhelmingly large stack of papers/vouchers in which you will have to personally find your own name and voucher number to prove yet again that this was a voucher you indeed did purchase. Of course even after dealing with all the unnerving, irrational and condescending customer service you receive from I assume owner of the business, there will be no exceptions, even though you booked this appointment 2 months in advance...sadly he could not provide me with a rational agreement or any sort of common courtesy. Altogether, I write this more as a caution to those who have yet to experience this Salon, I do not wish such unnerving and ridiculous experience with such lack of customer service to anyone, ever. PS. Funny thing, I had the printed voucher in my wallet along with the cash to make up for tax and generous tip, I'm sure ill find better use for that cash instead.
