Convenient because it is always open. Good selection of pharmacy items but low selection of household items and gift/seasonal products. The selection of food items seems to become less over time as well. They stopped carrying good quality frozen foods (Swanson Bowls) and only carry poor quality now. No one working there could provide any explanation. The floor/cashier employees seem to be exploited foreign workers (mainly) without knowledge of the inventory carried in the store.

Pharmacy is completely unprofessional. I work in the Health Care Field so I know the steps and procedures for sending prescriptions. I was placed on hold for over 40 minutes then they hung up on me. This happens 3 times. I then faxed a note asking for the status of my prescription and still no answer. Extremely rude pharmacist with no customer service skills.

So Convenient and Open 24 hours!

This store is great for one big reason. They're open 24 hours! We have relied on this store countless times when dealing with a sick child in the middle of the night or needing one or two last toilettries before departing on an early morning flight. Combined with Shoppers Drug Mart's usual great service and selection of items you can't go wrong with this store.
