We had an excellent experience using this company for our kitchen and bathroom reno in our 1928 home. The crew treated us and the home with respect and the workmanship was excellent. Dave was careful to go over every detail so there were no surprises and took great pride in the project, going g the extra mile. If you are looking to renovate your home, this is the company to go with. This was our first reno, so we were pretty nervous. But Dave took us thru this process step by step and it went great. From start to finish no complaints. Dave and his team are great to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and just plain kind. The work site was always kept clean and organized. We had been putting off our basement due to bad experiences with contractors, but we were referred to DeVries through friends of ours that had their kitchen redone by them. From the start Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful, he explained every process perfectly. Once work started it went smoothly, surprisingly fast and the team was very professional. We are really happy with the workmanship and our finished basement. We will be using DeVries Construction again.
We had a concrete 1927 unfinished basement and wanted to bring it up to modern times. We wanted something that our family could relax in, our kids could play in and that would add value to our house when reselling. DeVries Construction delivered. In 8 weeks’, they added a full suite Bathroom, finished laundry room, office, recreational and mechanical room. I was worried that the work would be sub-par, have leaks or just be plain mediocre but the team exceeded my expectations on all levels.
